About Michelle

Care shaped by
experience.

With more than two decades of nursing experience, I bring a steady, thoughtful perspective to the mental-health needs of children and families.

My background spans pediatric critical care, behavioral-health navigation, care coordination, and nursing education. I have worked with medically complex children and families across child and adolescent psychiatry, behavioral health, and consult-liaison services.

I’m currently completing graduate education in psychiatric mental-health nursing at Yale University, with a focus on compassionate, developmentally informed care.
